Arsenal have reportedly made an offer of Costa Rican winger, Joel Campbell, in exchange for Thrylos number one goalkeeper, Roberto.
With two first class international goalkeepers, in Cech and Ospina, already at the club it’s hard to see why Arsenal would need such a high profile goalkeeper as third choice. Wojciech Szczesny, currently on loan at Roma, still remains an Arsenal player. Szczesny himself, has been Arsenal’s number one for a considerable amount of time, he surely will expect the number one shirt back after Cech’s Premier League swan song.
It remains to be seen if Campbell himself would be keen on a Piraeus return after a successful loan spell in the 2013/14 season.
Meanwhile, Palermo are still keen on taking the youngster to Serie A for the coming season.
